By accessing or using our website https:\/\/www.vukovia.com\/ (the \u201cSite\u201d) and participating in our horseback riding, ATV tours or other attractions (the \u201cServices\u201d), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of terms<\/strong><\/p>

By using our site and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.<\/p>

2. Reservation and payment<\/strong><\/p>

Reservations:<\/em> All reservations must be made in advance through our website. Availability is subject to change and we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.<\/p>

Payments: <\/em>Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods which will be listed on our website.<\/p>

Confirmation:<\/em> Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your tour.<\/p>

3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Customer Cancellations:<\/em> If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 2 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the date and time of the Services may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.<\/p>

Cancellations by supplier:<\/strong> <\/em>We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.<\/p>

4. Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>

Participant Requirements: Participants must be in good health and physically able to participate in the activities offered. If you have any medical issues or concerns, please consult a doctor before participating.<\/p>

Protective equipment:<\/em> <\/strong>All participants are required to wear appropriate safety equipment provided by us during ATV tours. For horseback riding, helmets are mandatory for all riders.<\/p>

5. Void of responsibility<\/strong><\/p>

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that horseback riding and ATV tours involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, injury or death. You agree to release us from any liability for any injuries or damages incurred during your participation in these activities.<\/p>

6. Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/p>

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards guides, staff, other participants and animals. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior is deemed dangerous or disruptive.<\/p>

7. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Vukovia OOD and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.<\/p>

8. Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/p>

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p>
